Intelligent Imaging Colorimetric Measurement System

Colorimetric detection is a small part of industrial automation testing. But for some customers, such as manufacturers who produce mobile phones, notebooks, automotive instrument display, the detection of display colorimetric and defect is an indispensable part.

At present, the mainstream method is to measure color and uniformity by traditional point colorimeter, and to detect screen defects by industrial camera. The core of colorimeter is optical accuracy and correction algorithm, and the core of defect detection is the software algorithm of machine vision. The imaging colorimeter we are making is a combination of the above two, which can not only detect the color and uniformity, but also complete the defect detection through the image. For customers, this method can greatly improve the efficiency, improve the product yield, save the production line station and the tempo speed, and really reduce the cost.
